Allen: I worked for 2 years at APL in Maryland doing antenna research. I worked at General Electric and Motorola in Phoenix in computers. I taught for 2 years as an Adjunct Instructor at ASU. I was promoted to a Principle Software Engineer while at DEC. I later taught at Westminster College as an Adjunct Instructor in Computer Science for 10 years. Later, I worked 7 years as a Database Programmer at Westminster. I began running when I was 38. I ran 4 marathons and trained for a 5th one.
